Recently on a flight, I sat between two young men who are actively defending our freedom. It was a very enlightening experience for me, having had very few "first hand" conversations with our troops. Both having served in Iraq previously, each were on their way to a different destination that day. To my left is Petty Officer Morris, US Navy, from Wapakoneta, OH, returning from a short two week leave on his way back to Afghanistan. To my right is Tony, US Army, destined for "Warrant Officer Candidate School" for continued training as a Technical Expert. Both men were very patient with me and my "Inquiring Mind"!! Answering all of my questions, with the understanding that there are regular people such as myself, that may not have all the details, but who truly appreciate their love and dedication to our country. Thanx Guys for everything you have sacrificed and continue to do in your commitment for our freedom. Thanx again and again and AGAIN!...from the bottom of my heart.

You are very outgoing person and thank you for your support for the Military. I want to say to Petty Officer Morris, thank you and god bless you for your service and be safe while overseas in Afghanistan. |

I think sometimes people forget that our military men and women are really people and that they are still fighting for our freedom. Petty Officer Morris is my brother. We love and miss him very much. So again thank you for posting this picture and comment. |
